Whole Animal Shares

We cannot bring whole animal share orders to the Farmers Market.

You should expect to receive parts of the whole animal. About 42.5% of your share will be ground beef, about 17.5% will be steaks, about 37.5% will be roasts and about 2.5% will be organs and bones.

When you purchase a whole animal share, you will receive an email from a team member asking about your preferences for: Ground Beef, Bones/Organs, and your favorite/least favorite cuts. 

1/8 Share: 62 pounds of meat (~2-3 cubic feet of volume in your freezer). $13.75 per pound of meat.

1/4 Share: 130 pounds (~4-5 cubic feet of volume in your freezer). $12 per pound of meat.

1/2 Share: 260 pounds (~8-10 cubic feet of volume in your freezer). $11 per pound of meat.

Whole Cow: 440 pounds (~16-20 cubic feet of volume in your freezer).  $10 per pound of meat.
